We manufacture substrates entirely in-house, taking care of every step. That includes lay-up, curing, and installing inserts and brackets, so we can guarantee quality from start to finish.

Photovoltaic Assembly (PVA)

During the PVA process, the solar cells are bonded, welded, and electrically connected to form a fully functional solar power unit.

Assembly & Testing

Your solar panels will be carefully assembled and undergo verification of their electrical and operational performance. Once tested and approved, they will be ready for installation on your satellite and a step closer to launch.
